1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Town and Country Car Service.
1.2 By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services implies your acceptance of these changes.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
2.2 Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods mentioned on our website.
2.3 For special services such as weddings, corporate events, or long-distance trips, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time will incur a [percentage]% cancellation fee.
3.2 No-shows or cancellations made after the vehicle has been dispatched will result in full charge.
3.3 Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations within 5-7 business days. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Service Responsibilities
4.1 Town and Country Car Service is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and reliable vehicle as per your booking.
4.2 Our drivers are trained professionals and will do their best to arrive on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
4.3 The client is responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off information at the time of booking. Town and Country Car Service will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Passenger Conduct
5.1 Clients and their guests must behave in a respectful manner during the trip. Smoking, illegal activities, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5.2 Town and Country Car Service reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if passengers engage in inappropriate behavior or cause damage to the vehicle.
5.3 Any damages to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in a fee charged to the client’s payment method.
6. Liability
6.1 Town and Country Car Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
6.2 In case of an accident, vehicle breakdown, or unforeseen event, Town and Country Car Service will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
6.3 Town and Country Car Service is not liable for any delays or missed flights, appointments, or events due to factors outside our control.
7. Changes to Services
7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at our discretion. If a service is canceled by Town and Country Car Service, a full refund will be issued to the client.

8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
